The hotel and the room are very stylish, clean and spacious. We got the upgraded room with the city view, It was relaxing plus the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is connected to the mall, 100s of shops, restaurant and entertainment just a few steps away. The lady at reception, I think her name was Ms Annette. She was very nice and welcoming.

- We loved every bit of it! - Very bright and open reception and breakfast area (Canteen) with huge windows overlooking the creek golf club with lush green grass. Made us feel happy and cheerful. - The reception Staff was cheerful and helpful but at times short-handed and it was not uncommon to witness queues at the reception area. - The cleaning staff went out of their way to assist and make us happy. - The baggage concierge went out of his way to assist us with the complimentary airport shuttle. - Fantastic central location and access to the mall added to the convenience and joy of staying there. - The rooms were new, with plenty of sunlight and full of travel nick-nacks. - Highly recommended and great value for money! - Rooms were new, with plenty of sunlight and full of travel nick-nacks. - Highly recommended and great value for money!

Location. Ambiance. Open Air Theater. Sheesha Bar at 4th floor. Pool. The Canteen where they serve probably the best breakfast in town.Rooms are big and spacious, Good Price offered, Access to Dera City Center and Metro was an excellent feature. They have many other great features which i will explore in my next trip. InshaAllah

Location os great, connected to the mall and seconds walking to the metro from the mall entrance. Rooms are great and big, clean and stylish. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Swimming pool is nice, great view.

The creek and golf course view was breathtaking!!! Location was great, I got to shop at the mall without worrying about time and transport. It was easy to navigate around the town too. Breakfast was really good and heavy and hence no need for lunch. The hotel is very clean too with nice interior design, great facilities, friendly and helpful staff.

I had been coming for holiday in Dubai for years but first time staying at Aloft Hotel and I love everything from the staff, room, breakfast and the location. the staff have been pleasant and nice, especially the F & B staff, sunmita, Kay, Derrick and the F & B Manageress , not to forget Narveen who make sure that we are having a great stay. Thank you to all them for make me feel better with the warm ginger/lemon tea every morning that was great and well appreciated. I will definitely booked again.
